Kísérlet a stratégiai orientációs megközelítések integrálására

Abstract

Jelen tanulmányban arra vállalkozunk, hogy gazdagítsuk, részben új megközelítésbe helyezzük a jelenkori stratégiai menedzsment elméletek legfõbb tényezõire vonatkozó megfontolásokat, a stratégiai orientáció alapú modellek szélesebb körû és mélyebb integrálásával. Ennek érdekében elsõként leírjuk és csoportokba rendezzük a legjelentõsebb stratégiai orientációs típusokat. Ezután bemutatunk egy integrált modellt, mellyel kísérletet teszünk arra, hogy a stratégiai orientáció alapú felfogások legfontosabb összefüggéseit a stratégiai menedzsment három fõ megközelítését képviselõ, hármas megközelítés(strategy tripod) modell logikai rendszerébe illesszük. Az eredmények alapján arra a következtetésre jutottunk, hogy a nyilvánvaló kapcsolódási pontokra építve az integráció értékes eredményekre vezethet, ám ehhez szükséges az említett modell által alkalmazott hármas nézõpont tartalmi elemeinek a részleges újragondolása.
