Kreativitásra vezet õ?

Abstract

A szervezeti kreativitás célja, hogy azonosítsa azon tényezõket, amelyek hatással vannak a kreativitásra. Az egyik legtöbbet kutatott faktor a kreativitást befolyásoló vezetési stílus. A szakirodalmi eredmények bemutatása után, elsõként kutatjuk ezt a jelenséget a magyar munkaerõpiacon. Közel 600, magyar munkavállaló válaszát elemeztük. Megkértük, hogy a vezetõjüket sorolják be a klasszikus Lewin-i vezetési stílusok valamelyikébe. Majd ítéljék meg, hogy az általuk észlelt vezetõi stílus hogyan hat a munkahelyi kreativitásuk két (általunk különválasztott) szakaszára. A nemzetközi eredményekhez hasonlóan a demokratikus vezetési stílus serkentõnek bizonyult, az autokratikus pedig gátlónak. Azonban bizonyítást nyert az is, hogy nem csupán a vezetési stílus van befolyással a kreativitásra, a sikeres kreatív szervezet modellje nem írható le csupán a vezetõ(k) magatartásával.
