Embervezényelt folyamatok: a tudásmegosztók fukarsága

Abstract

Egy szervezetben az önmûködtethetõ folyamatokhoz a statikus tudás tálalható, az embervezényelt folyamatokhoz a dinamikus tudás bedobható. Az önmûködtethetõ folyamatokat a várható események túlélésére készítik fel. Ezek a folyamatok törékenyek, hiszen a környezetben váratlan események is megtörténhetnek. A józan ésszel alkotott folyamatok embervezényeltek maradnak, és néha váratlan sikerrel, gyakran kudarccal is végzõdhetnek. Ezek a folyamatok robusztusak, vagy akár antifragilisek is lehetnének. Mialatt a világhálón szenvedélyes amatõrök osztják meg az üzleti guruk által bedobott friss tudásokat, a szervezeteken belüli tudásmegosztás akadozik. A jövõben sokkal többet kell költeni a szervezeten belüli tudásmegosztás elfogadtatására, mint az azt támogató eszközökre. Ez az elfogadtatás sokba kerülhet, de a mûködtetés már ingyen lesz.
