Abstract

A vállalati erõforrások között egyre nagyobb szerepet kap az emberi erõforrás, mivel sok esetben a piaci versenyt a cég munkaerõ-készlete dönti el. A szükséges kompetenciák felismerésével és felmérésével kezdõdik az a folyamat, ami az egyéni hasznosításukhoz kapcsolódó értékeléssel és javadalmazás/jutalmazással fejezõdik be. Ebben a cikkben a kettõ közötti kapcsolatot fogjuk elemezni.
