Abstract

A helyi önkormányzati eladósodás minden országban problémát jelent, akárcsak a központi kormányzat eladósodása. A válság miatti forráscsökkenés, a válság hatásainak kezelése megterhelte a helyi és a központi kormányzatokat egyaránt. Az alrendszerek eladósodása megugrott, így mozgásterüket évekre behatárolták ezzel. Jelen tanulmány célja, hogy bemutassa a helyi önkormányzatok eladósodásával járó terhek növekedését az ezredforduló után a négy visegrádi ország példáján keresztül.
