A sikeres vállalkozás pénzgazdálkodása és pénzügyi tervezése

Abstract

A tanulmány MSc-szintû oktatási céllal összefoglalja mindazokat a modern módszereket, amelyekkel a vállalkozás pénzügyi helyzete megfelelõen áttekinthetõ, és ily módon az egyre szereágazóbb kíhívásokra megfelelõ lépések tehetõk. A vállalatok egy része - fõleg kis- és középvállalatok - sem végez megfelelõ pénzügyi elõretekintõ számítást.Mivel a tervek csak egy bizonyos szóródási tartományon belül helytállóak, ezért a tervek felülvizsgálatával kell fokozni az elõrelátást. A gördülõ tervnek a statikus pénzügyi tervezéssel szemben több elõnyös hatása is van: jobban alkalmazkodik a gazdasági realitásokhoz és csökkenti a tervezési jóslatok szóródási tartományá. A pénzügyi tervezés igen bonyolult munka, azt különbözõ területeken, osztályokon jól elõ kell készíteni, egyeztetni kell különbözõ szintû vezetõkkel. A dinamikus pénzügyi tervezés igen hatékony, célszerû vezetési eszköz.a gazdasági egység jelen és jövõ helyzetének megítélésében. Különbség van a tervek között aszerint is, hogy milyen a társaság jogállása. A tervezési munka szempontjából,gyre fontosabbak ma már a nemzetközi konszernek mérlegterveinek sajátossága. A 2008-tól nemcsak hazánkban, de a fejlett ipari országokban is megnövekedtek a fizetési problémák.A válság hatásai és ezek elõrejelzése lényegesek a vállalkozások szempontjából. Másképp kell tervezni stagnálás esetén, vagy dekontjunktúrában, amely körülmény –sajnos- nagyon is aktuális Fontos szerepe van a saját tõke ellátottságnak és hitelképességnek, de a csõdeljárás megfelelõ idõben történõ megindítása is a vállalkozás pénzgazdálkodásának fontos részét képezi.
