Abstract

A szervezett munkavégzés, a munkamegosztás, a specializáció és a kooperáció, azaz együttmûködési kötelezettség megköveteli az embertõl, mint munkaerõtõl nemcsak a megfelelõ szakismeretek, valamint a munkában betöltött szerepnek megfelelõ készségek és képességek birtoklását, hanem olyan emberi tulajdonságokat is, amelyek lehetõvé teszik a csoportok, szervezetek sikeres mûködését a gazdaságban és a társadalom bármely szférájában. A szakirodalom és a saját tapasztalatok, felmérések eredményei az egyes szerepekre vonatkozóan szerteágazó kompetencia halmazokat jelölnek meg. Mást várunk el a vállalkozótól, a menedzsertõl és a beosztott szakembertõl. A dolgozat ezeket a szegmenseket vizsgálja, és annak lehetõségét, hogy ugyanaz az ember, emberi természet hogyan tud sikeresen együttmûködni mindhárom területen.
