A vállalkozói attitûd jelentõsége a vállalkozói szférában

Abstract

A gazdasági életben kiemelkedõ szerephez jutnak a mikro- és kisvállalkozások, például az innováció, foglalkoztatottság és a piaci verseny kiegyensúlyozása területén. Az esetek többségében egy mikro- és kisvállalkozás egy rövid fejlõdési szakasz után megreked, nem növekszik tovább, míg van néhány olyan, akik ugyanonnan indulva lendületes, dinamikus fejlõdést mutatnak. Tanulmányomban igyekszek rámutatni, hogy ennek oka a vállalkozói attitûdben keresendõ. A vállalkozói attitûd, az egyén azon beállítódása, mely a vállalkozások indítására, mûködtetésére és fejlesztésére sarkalja. Vállalkozói léthez való pozitív viszonyulásként is megragadható, mely elõfeltétele a vállalkozói kedvnek és hajlandóságnak. Az attitûd kialakulásában és változásában a környezeti hatásoknak jelentõs szerepe van, így az egyetemi hallgatók attitûdjét a tanulmányaik során ért benyomások is alakítják. Munkámban az Óbudai Egyetemen lefolytatott 103 fõs kérdõíves felmérés eredményeit mutatom be, mely a I. és IV. évfolyamos hallgatók vállalkozói attitûdbéli különbségét hivatott vizsgálni.
