Wellness és egészségturisztikai szolgáltatások fogyasztói motivációi egy primer kutatás eredményeinek tükrében

Abstract

A tanulmányban egy hazai kutatás részeredményeit mutatjuk be. Primer vizsgálatunk célja a hazai wellness szolgáltatások igénybevételét meghatározó tényezõk feltárása, a wellness pihenés legfõbb fogyasztói motivációinak definiálása volt. A kutatás során alapvetõen arra kerestük a választ, hogy a nemzetközi trendek milyen formában érvényesülnek a hazánkban. Úgy ítéljük meg, hogy egy ilyen dinamikusan fejlõdõ piacnál különösen fontos a potenciális vevõi elképzelések és vágyak változásának nyomon követése. Ahhoz, hogy a kínálati oldal szereplõi a változó igénybevevõi elvárásoknak meg tudjanak felelni, szükség van olyan kutatásokra, melyek képesek definiálni a leglényegesebb vevõi elvárásokat, az igénybevevõk preferenciáit, döntési mechanizmusát.
