Abstract

In the previous chapter we constructed four major processes that together, we have argued, would influence the effectiveness of RTO services. To recapitulate, those four processes are as follows: Service: The types of services provided by the RTOs and how the RTO service mix is selected? Linkages and interaction with clients: How does the RTO come to know and articulate the technological problems of clients. Human resources: The RTO endeavour for development of human resources and making those resources available to the organization. Information flow: RTOs’ efficiency in managing information for the given strategic goal.
