Time Compression and Change

Abstract

The concept of time-compressing a business process is of little use unless it can be turned into realized improvements to company performance. Our research suggests that the implementation process is where the success of the project will be determined. This chapter introduces some of the key issues in initiating organizational change and explains how Time Compression can help the change process.
