Abstract

Corporate groups are not acknowledged as such by law. Each corporation has its own assets and liabilities and its own management. In particular the parent corporation is not responsible for the liabilities of its subsidiaries and none of the subsidiaries are responsible for the liabilities of other corporations of the group.
