Abstract

When you go shopping in your nearest town to buy a jumper or some other item: ❖ You have a good look around. ❖ You compare prices. ❖ You select an item and assess its suitability. ❖ You pay by cash, cheque or credit card and take the item away with you. ❖ If you are not happy with the item when you arrive home, you take it back and change it.
