In: Systemic Change Management

Abstract

In this concluding chapter, we examine why only a few companies have made and sustained the transition from an organization-centric to an enterprise-wide system of changes. Those doing so have learned to act beyond, if not partially counter to, traditional management and prevailing change practices. We propose an architecting and orchestrating framework for developing capabilities that extends traditional approaches.
