Abstract

This chapter has two aims: to discuss the key research framework and research questions; to develop the appropriate research methodology for this research including the choice of research methodology, procedure, data collection and analysis. All of those methods will ensure the rigorous research with internal validity, construct validity, external validity and reliability. (Gibbert et al. 2008)
