Abstract

No one knows where the “ideal” workplace is. Talk to some stressed-out commuter on the 6:15 from Newhaven to New York and he’ll tell you he wishes he was a telecommuter. Do the same with some work-at-home, creative dude in Southern California and he may be wishing for the camaraderie and problem-solving skills that are missing from his life. We humans are funny creatures; we never seem to be satisfied with where we live, or where we work.
