Abstract

One of the ironies exposed by this book is that the thing we do most in everyday organizational life—communicate and interact with other people—is the thing we spend the least amount of time considering. My hope is that the concepts and tools I have introduced, including the urgent reasons for making use of them in your own working life, will change that paradox.
