Dimensions of Actions Distribution

Abstract

Most business scientists define (financial) services as intangible products. If this is so, how then can one distribute services? The concept of service distribution is borrowed from the mass goods industry, but service suppliers have had problems applying the concept in their environment. The services industry needs a new approach to distribution, through which it can escape from the tangible/intangible discussion.
