Abstract

The word journey seems to be used more and more by leadership consultants and seminar lecturers. It is widely recognised that leadership development is a difficult and challenging task — but you can develop yourself. You may cultivate your leadership capabilities, develop and expand your menu of leadership styles and attributes. This is what your personal journey is about: cultivation, development and personal transformation.
