Abstract

This book told the story of the disintegration of the Golden Age, followed by a period of disillusionment and anger, which then helped to usher in the right-wing takeover. The right wing initiated policies that favored the rich and powerful, tearing society apart, while promising a new age of prosperity and growth for everyone.
