Abstract

While the previous section focused on guiding and delivering a facilitated event, this section centers on ensuring that the change which has been proposed in the course of the event actually occurs and is implemented and embedded within the organization. It shows what facilitators and the change leader must do to maintain the momentum for change and ensure that decisions are translated into action. To do this, we will focus on four key points: Learning from the facilitation event. Overcoming common hurdles to implementation. Developing an implementation map. Rolling out the implementation map.
