Abstract

What are the myths that circulate in organizations? What is their role? How they connect to the experience of the people belonging to such organizations? They [Wells Fargo] have a videotape that gives you all the … when we first converted to Wells Fargo I remember we had to watch this 20 minutes video with all the history, and all the things they did and where they have been. (A) says one of the executives of a community bank integrated into the Wells Fargo system.
