Abstract

Leading enterprises today have established and mature organisation structures which reflect the core skills and capabilities the organisation possesses, and are focused on efficiently delivering the core products or services that the organisation exists to produce. In this book we have discussed at length the idea that the core capabilities that enable and support the everyday business are inadequate to enable organisations to manage complex programmes of change.
