Abstract

Having set the direction and determined which values are to be projected, the leader’s next task is to make it happen. For most of our universe, this is the real challenge, the process which will separate ‘wannabe’ financial leaders who can draw up wish lists of desired objectives from those who actually achieve lasting change.
