Abstract

Neither those who continue to sabotage the culture nor those who acquiesce in politics are taking the risk of crossing a Rubicon. There are those who want to get on with their jobs, be excellent, achieve organisational goals and self-actualise and Chapters 7–14 will describe how to help them to cross these Rubicons. Then there are those who don’t want to conform to the desired norms; I’ll review the reasons for this now.
