Abstract

From various crises, Chinese managers learned to analyze all possible threats before crises happen, to control the crisis, and the importance of good management skills. They have recognized that quick reactions, collaboration, and corporation social responsibility (CSR) are useful for dealing with crises. However, Chinese managers put the least emphasis on motivating employees during crisis situations. Communication with others for dealing with crises, knowledge popularization, quick reaction, and finding alternative solutions were the topics most often mentioned by managers as suggestions to others.
