Abstract

There is growing concern amongst executive development providers about the changing learning preferences and approaches required to meet the needs of ‘Generation Y’ (Gen Y) who are rapidly becoming their core clients. This chapter draws on findings from a research project conducted by Ashridge Business School in 2008 to investigate the impact of this generation on learning, with a particular focus on the future of executive development for all generations.
