Abstract

The incidence of accidents during work is an important dimension of well-being, especially in the context of the boundaryless career (De Cuyper, Isaksson, & de Witte, 2005). The risk of accidents among temporary and permanent workers has been studied by several authors (Zimerman, Maqueda, Almodovar & de la Orden, 1996; Boix & Orts, 1997) and their results underline that the risk of being involved in accidents during work is higher for temporary.
