Abstract

You are working to attain greater influence at work. You find that with greater influence comes added responsibility and the potential to exert greater power in the workplace. How do you handle the three inter-connected issues of influence, responsibility, and power so that you keep your duty toward your employing organization firmly at the forefront of your mind?
