Abstract

The purpose of this last chapter is threefold: first, to discuss the main findings from each of the preceding chapters; second, to draw out the conclusions in the form of methodological, empirical and theoretical contributions; and third, to suggest an ethical approach to leading organisational change through research, policy and management education. It begins with a recap of the aims of the study in the first section and then the major points of focus in each chapter are discussed in the next section. Following this, the third section presents the central contributions and the fourth section makes recommendations for future research. Finally implications for reform policy and management education are discussed in the last section.
