Abstract

The Globalization Process in developing countries has been the most notable phenomena during the last two decades. The cross-border transaction of mere commodity trading of natural resources since the 1850s has snowballed into high volumes of direct investment in high value products in the recent years. The number of multinational enterprises the world over has increased substantially over the last one hundred and fifty years and their presence in the developing countries in particular has been significant in recent times.
