Abstract

The transformation from a stagnant economy to a dynamically developing one is the task confronting every under-developed country. The ‘choice of techniques’ plays a very important role both in attaining this transformation with the least pains and sacrifice and in getting to the state of autonomous development in the shortest possible time.
