Abstract

When exposed for the first time to the idea of an unconditional Citizen’s Income (CI) the reaction of many people is to reject it, either as a senseless proposal or a utopian project. Some do change their minds, but there is no doubt that the CI is an intricate and counterintuitive policy not always enthusiastically adopted at the first glance.
