Abstract

Este capítulo consta de tres secciones. En la primera, se revisa rápidamente la situación actual de cada una de las infraestructuras de los cuatros servicios públicos bajo análisis: Agua potable, electricidad, telecomunicaciones y transporte. En la segunda sección, se realiza una estimación de la inversión requerida en infraestructura para acompañar al crecimiento económico proyectado. Por último, en la tercera sección se discuten las principales conclusiones y recomendaciones del estudio.
