Evaluación ex post en proyectos de adopción tecnológica en el sector agricultura

Abstract

En el Perú, la difusión de conocimientos y tecnología a través de los servicios de extensión agraria del sector público y privado, tanto en capacitación como en asistencia técnica, se convierten en el principal elemento para la mejora de la competitividad agraria. Si bien es cierto que se registra un incremento en la cantidad de recursos orientados a esta política, aún queda la interrogante de si esta productividad genera un impacto directo en la calidad de vida de los pequeños productores. Así, mediante la evaluación ex-post, se puede conocer con mayor precisión si un proyecto de adopción tecnológica tuvo debilidades en la transferencia, nivel de uso, comercialización, entre otros.
