Abstract

El turismo representa un 6.7% del PIB nacional (INEGI, 2021) es por ello que es fundamental analizar tradiciones como la Noche de Muertos que son de gran interés para turistas nacionales y extranjeros. El sector turístico ha cambiado de forma importante desde que la accesibilidad a internet es mucho más sencilla y se ha extendido por todo el mundo (Buhalis & Licata, 2002), esto ha modificado la forma de viajar, pues es gracias al internet que los usuarios pueden concretar reservaciones y compras de forma más rápida y económica (Doganis, 2005), lo cual crea en el usuario la necesidad de conocer aspectos del hotel que serán decisivos para concretar o no su reserva, siendo esta el punto de partida de nuestra investigación. El uso de nuevas tecnologías para reservar en hoteles y conocer la experiencia de otros usuarios han permitido que la industria hotelera tenga un mayor alcance a nivel global, actualmente los viajeros están relacionados con plataformas de reserva como lo son Booking.com y TripAdvisor (Martínez-Sala, 2018).
