Abstract

Women entrepreneurs in Australia are happy with their busi-ness but most of them are unable to support their family with their business income. They work long hours for little pay. On a quest to find a solution, two vicious circles surfaced: the child care circle and the business versus happiness circle. Cheaper and more flexible childcare is not enough to solve the problem. Digital entrepreneurship and digital collaboration are part of a proposed business model to increase global growth in businesses owned by women entrepreneurs while keeping them happy.
