Abstract

In the educational partnership of the school with the society and with the family, the role of the teacher is decisive for the academic success of his students. The good teacher is the one who adapts to the personality of each of his students, treats them as equal partners, offers them the opportunity to develop each in their own and real rhythm. At the same time, he is constantly learning, developing himself and adapting his teaching style to the conditions of a constantly changing life. In the conditions of isolation and online teaching/learning, dictated by the current global situation, the teacher must become a superhero. Today, a competent teacher is one who is, simultaneously, educator, model, counselor, facilitator, moderator, computer scientist, manager, guide, initiator. In one word: a teacher.
