Abstract

Este ensayo apunta al tema de productividad desde el ángulo de la formación de capital humano. Este estudio resume los avances en acceso a la educación y muestra la tarea pendiente en educación superior, y luego debate el papel de las políticas inclusivas con el ejemplo de Beca 18 en el contexto de un mercado laboral marcado por la discriminación racial y de género.
