Abstract

El estudio se centra en identificar el impacto inicial que el proyecto ha tenido en hogares usuarios del programa Juntos. Cabe notar que, en la medida en que todos los hogares estudiados han sido intervenidos por Juntos, cuando mencionamos genéricamente el programa/tratamiento/intervención, nos referimos al proyecto Haku Wiñay. Con el fin de obtener estimadores consistentes (insesgados) del efecto del programa sobre la población intervenida, se aplicó un diseño experimental y estimadores de doble diferencia. En esta sección presentamos el marco metodológico utilizado, así como una breve explicación del diseño experimental implementado.
