Abstract

En este capítulo, describimos el diseño del proyecto Haku Wiñay según los lineamientos vigentes (Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social2013), y mostramos su despliegue en el territorio nacional entre el 2012 y el 2014, así como la proyección para los años que vienen. En los siguientes capítulos se discute, sobre la base de información de campo, el desarrollo del proyecto en la práctica.
