Abstract

El objetivo central de esta investigación consiste en identificar y caracterizar a los productores que actualmente participan en alguna de estas dos estrategias de articulación a los mercados, así como a los que se integran mediante una tercera vía, consistente en vincularse a las empresas por intermedio de las asociaciones de productores y no en forma individual. Esta identificación se realizará utilizando una metodología aplicada al universo de productores del Cenagro 2012, lo que, desde ya, contribuirá a llenar importantes vacíos de información para la agricultura peruana.
