Abstract

In this chapter I share my experiences of dealing with supervisor feedback and show how you can turn this potentially negative experience into something positive and constructive. The chapter is structured into three sections. Firstly, I reflect upon my own personal experiences of dealing with supervisor feedback at the beginning of my doctoral studies. Secondly, I reflect upon my experiences during the middle and later phases of my doctoral research. Finally, I present lessons on how to keep your research project on track that I would liked to have received at the start of my doctoral adventures.
