Abstract

Aim to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and limiting the rise in global average temperature to 1.5°C above the preindustrial level. The efficient and zero-emission technologies of fossil energy, stable and sustainable energy supply technologies of clean and renewable energy, and hydrogen energy storage and transportation technologies are full of unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Therefore, this chapter focuses on a solid oxide fuel cell/gas turbine intelligent hybrid system of high efficiency (over 70%), near-zero NOX emission, fuel diversity, which is proved a feasible choice for renewable, zero-or negative-emission energy solution.
