Abstract

In the final chapter, Mateusz Wojcieszak and Daniel Schugurensky describe the history and current situation of School PB in Poland, with a focus on the work of a local nonprofit organization (Field of Dialogue) that promotes the participation of citizens in public life and creates tools to facilitate deliberative processes. The authors begin with an overview of the Polish School PB process and describe how Field of Dialogue supports the implementation and evaluation of these processes in local schools. Next, the authors detail key findings from the evaluation of these processes and share critical lessons learned from the Polish School PB experience.
