Abstract

In this final chapter of the Handbook, the editors synthesize the key observations shared over the previous 23 chapters, and consider the implication of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) for the future of work, strategy, and strategic leadership. The chapter also addresses the implications of the 4IR for the practice of strategy, the creation of business models, and the development of platforms and ecosystems. They conclude with a set of implications for organizations, strategists and researchers.
