Abstract

This chapter emphasizes the importance of conducting thorough assessments when developing and managing agritourism ventures, such as determining visitor readiness and creating related goods and services. Educators are taught to consider what the resources, capabilities, and market opportunities are, as well as how to adapt teaching methods to adult learners using practical exercises. The goal is to prepare educators to effectively train future teachers with an understanding of the need for agritourism assessments, which will improve both educational outcomes and the agricultural industry’s adaptability to agritourism trends.
