Abstract

This concluding chapter summarizes the project of editing a book during the Covid-19 pandemic, including why that pandemic has not featured broadly in the chapters. It also identifies four broad themes from the book as a whole: identifying power relations, questioning assumptions, considering situated, relational, and experiential knowledges, and considering transformations or new starting points. The chapter also points to related bodies of work that could not be covered in this volume, such as humanities-based approaches to mobility justice, transportation equity within aviation, and the potential for mobile methods.
