Labor rights

Abstract

The rights of workers in the global economy are a fundamental cornerstone of business and human rights. This chapter introduces public and private law, binding and soft law norms, and global initiatives and transnational efforts. The chapter provides an overview of international labor law to help teachers covering this material in their BHR courses.
