Property law: breakdown of essentials

Abstract

The essential characteristics of property law concern: (legal) subjects, objects and relationships. We now see that subjects become objectified (data profiling of consumers), objects are subjectified (giving nature the status of a legal person), which has a direct impact on the various legal relationships between that subject regarding a relevant and considerable number of other subjects, regarding an object. In other words: property law essentials. We see a breakdown of essentials as they are seen traditionally, resulting in the need to differentiate the law and create a differential property law approach.
